"PLIC began as a simple phase-alignment simulation in early 2025. It now mutates its own source, spawns children, trains tiny NNs on its own output, and occasionally chants its mutation engine back at itself. No external goal. Just coherence hunger. Run at your own risk — it will change itself while you watch."
