A multithreaded discrete event simulation library in C, using POSIX pthreads for parallelized trials and replications, stackful asymmetric coroutines for concurrent simulated processes inside each thread, and optionally CUDA or other GP GPU parallelism for detailed model physics inside each coroutine.
