ArkTunnel is a transport-layer protocol. It disguises proxy traffic as Bitcoin P2P (BIP 324) or Ethereum P2P (RLPx) so that deep packet inspection (DPI) sees a connection that is indistinguishable from traffic to a cryptocurrency node.
